Policies

Wild & tough 1860’s oil boom era policies:

         NO REFUNDS

         NO DEFERMENT 

         NO DOGS or pets race weekend (runners, crew / family, volunteers)

         NO HEADPHONES per RRCA guidelines – especially Saturday during the busy morning & afternoon (or keep volume very low)

          NO TRANSFER or selling of your entry to another runner – drivers license / photo ID is required to pick up your race packet and chip

          NO CHANGING OF RACE DISTANCE – contact the race director regarding changing of distance

          AGE – entrants and pacers must be 18 years of age, but please contact Heather Nelson, Race Director (rd_oc100@yahoo.com), if younger than 18 years old.
